Property hours: 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM​

Pasture Care: $330/month

Board is due on the first of every month.

Veterinarian and Farrier: Veterinary and Farrier care is the sole responsibility of the owner of the horse. However, we will offer names, numbers, and recommendations upon request. Horses cannot have hind shoes.

Vaccine and Worming Requirements:

Proof of current vaccinations is required for:

Coggins

Strangles

Rhinopneumonitis

3 in 1 (Tetanus, Influenza, Sleeping Sickness (Encephalomyelitis)

West Nile

Rabies

Vaccines must be administered on an annual basis.

 

Horses must be de-wormed at least twice a year (Spring and Fall) or fecal test.
